Why will my tone arm not return?
The tone arm will need to be reset. Lift the tone arm and return it to its rest, then lift the tone arm and carry it over to the spindle. Allow the tone arm to auto return from your hand. This should reset the tone arm. If this doesn't resolve the issue, you will need to return the unit to the retailer of purchase or send it to Crosley Radio.

Why does the record start in the wrong spot?
Make sure you have the correct size of 7, 10, or 12 selected for your speed.

STAND BY is the mode the unit goes into when turned off. In STAND BY the unit will only consume enough power to retain your station presets and activate the remote sensor.

Why does my unit say FORBID or FAIL when I'm trying to Finalize my recorded CD?
Please be advised the typical blank CD disc has between 75-80 min of recording space. If you exceed the available space on the disc, the unit will stop and finalize itself. If this occurs, then you will receive the FAIL/FORBID message. You can verify if the disc has been finalized by removing the disc from the CD recorder and by playing it another CD player.
