If my turntable is not turning, how do I get it to turn?
Make sure the power is turned on and the unit's function selection is set on PHONO and then gently move the tone arm to the right until you hear a "click". Remove any cassettes that might be in the cassette player. Lift the tone arm and carry it over to the beginning of the record.

Why does the record start in the wrong spot?
Make sure you have the correct size of 7, 10, or 12 selected for your speed.

The record is playing, but I get no sound.
Make sure to remove the white protective needle cover from the end of the tone arm. Make sure the plastic needle was not removed when the protective cover was taken off. Adjust the volume to a higher level.

Why does the needle slide across the record?
Make sure to remove the white protective needle cover from the end of the tone arm. Make sure the red or white plastic needle was not removed when the protective cover was taken off.

Why does my turntable say STAND BY?
STAND BY is the mode the unit goes into when turned off. In STAND BY the unit will only consume enough power to retain your station presets and activate the remote sensor.

Why does the turntable turn too slow or too fast?
Make sure you have the correct speed selected for the record you are playing. If this doesn't resolve the issue, you will need to return the unit to the retailer of purchase or contact Crosley Radio at 1-866-CROSLEY for assistance.

It sounds like only one speaker is working. How do I make them both work?

Make sure the plug safety cover is removed. Crosley units use a standard Polarized safety plug that has one blade wider than the other. If your outlet does not take this type of plug, you may need to look into a possible converter or contact Crosley Radio at 1-866-CROSLEY for assistance.
