Customer Satisfaction
At Crosley Radio, we stand behind the quality of our product. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it or return it for a refund (less s/h) within 30 days. Simply follow the instructions below.

Returns and Exchanges
Should you decide, you may return any item purchased through our web store within 30 days with proper order confirmation. Shipping fees are non-refundable. To return an item, please contact our offices M-F 9am-4pm EST at 502.583.4246 to request an RA (Return Authorization) number. You will need to supply your name, item purchased, order confirmation number, and reason for return.

Once an RA (Return Authorization) Number has been assigned, place the merchandise in the original packaging materials and send postage paid to:

Note – your returned goods MUST be clearly marked with your RA number, as well as include the following supporting information in order to properly process your request – name, order confirmation number,

Pending receipt of the merchandise, and a full inspection, a refund (or credit) will be issued to you for the value of the item including any applicable taxes. Important: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We currently accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

Taxes
Taxes are calculated based on cart total for each shipping address and the state to which the item(s) are being shipped. Taxes will be charged on items shipped to addresses within the state of Kentucky.

Delivery
Delivery charges are based on the total weight of the merchandise shipped to each address. Typical delivery is through UPS, however some smaller items may be shipped through United States Postal Service or US Mail. Typical delivery or transit times are between 5-10 business days from the date your order is shipped. Rush delivery service is available - please call 1.866.CROSLEY for more information on expedited orders.

Orders Outside the Contiguous US
We do offer delivery outside of the contiguous U.S. If you are inquiring about deliveries to Canada, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, please call 1.866.CROSLEY for more information.
