Why will my tone arm not return?

The tone arm will need to be reset. Lift the tone arm and return it to its rest, then lift the tone arm and carry it over to the spindle. Allow the tone arm to auto return from your hand. Why does the turntable turn too slow or too fast?

Make sure you have the correct speed selected for the record you are playing. Keep in mind, some new 33 sized records play at 45 speed. Check the belt, click here for a video tutorial. If this does not help, please contact us at 1-866-CROSLEY or click here to submit support request.

My unit powers off if I don't use it for a few minutes. Why does that happen?

To help save power consumption, some models will comply with ERP energy saving standard. When there is no audio input for 20 minutes, the power will automatically cut-off. To turn power back on and resume playing, turn off the power and turn it on again.

Can I connect third party external speakers to this unit?

Yes, you can use the RCA outputs on the back of the unit to hook up external self-powered speakers.

How do I record with this unit?

How do I rewind my cassette?

You will need to insert the cassette on the opposite side and then fast forward the whole side.

Why does the needle slide across the record?

Make sure to remove the white protective needle cover from the end of the tone arm. Make sure the red or white plastic needle was not removed when the protective cover was taken off. If this doesn't help, please contact us at 1-866-CROSLEY or click here to submit support request.

I do not like the item that I purchased. Can I get a refund from you or exchange it for a different model?

Crosley can only refund items purchased directly through us within the last 30 days. All parts and accessories sales are final and cannot be returned. If this was purchased through a different retailer, please utilize that retailers return policy.

If my turntable is not turning, how do I get it to turn?

Make sure the unit is plugged in and powered on. Make sure unit is on the correct function. Make sure nothing is plugged up to the AUX input. Pick up the tone arm and move it over the record. If there is no reception, how can I get it?

Adjust the antenna on the back of the unit, this will reduce the interference. Also, try to move the unit to a different part of the room or by a window. If this does not help, please contact us at 1-866-CROSLEY or click here to submit support request.

My CD player isn't working.

Make sure unit is in CD mode. Make sure CD's are clean and scratch free store bought CD's. Make sure CD has the label side up. MP3 CD's will not play from this unit. If this does not help, please contact us at 1-866-CROSLEY or click here to submit support request.

My antenna broke, how do I get a new one?

My unit arrived damaged, what should I do?

Crosley can only issue full replacements on damaged items purchased directly through us. If this was purchased through a different retailer, please utilize that retailers return policy. If you are no longer within the retailers return period or this was purchased directly from Crosley, please contact us at 1-866-CROSLEY or click here to submit support request.

The record is playing, but I get no sound.

Make sure to remove the white protective needle cover from the end of the tone arm. Make sure the red or white plastic needle was not removed when the protective cover was taken off. Adjust the volume to a higher level. Make sure headphones aren't plugged in. Make sure your speakers are hooked up properly. The turntable platter is stopping too early and not playing the end of records.

What does NO-TOC mean?

It means "No Table of Contents." It is the unit telling you that this CD is blank, so you can start recording.
