No, this is a very basic landline phone.

Do your phones come with the cords?

Yes, all pieces to the phone are included.

Where is the key to the bank?

Why do I have static and how can I get rid of it?

No, most of our phones have cords that are integrated into the handset and cannot be substituted.

Can I use this phone to buzz people into my building?

This is a basic landline phone with no extra features. If that's what your building uses, then it will likely work. However, we cannot guarantee it will work as it is not intended to be used with those features.

Can this be hooked up to a voicemail?

This is a basic landline phone with no extra features. If that's what your messaging device uses, then it will likely work. However, we cannot guarantee it will work as it is not intended to be used with those features.

Do any of your phones have a memory feature?

No, this is a very basic landline phone.

Do your phones work outside the US?

Our phones will work in the US and Canada only.

How long are the phone cords?

Our telephone cords are approximately six feet long, coiled. If uncoiled, they can reach up to fourteen feet.

I do not like the item that I purchased. Can I get a refund from you or exchange it for a different model?

Crosley can only refund items purchased directly through us within the last 30 days. All parts and accessories sales are final and cannot be returned. It depends on your VoIP connection as this is a basic landline phone with no software.

My unit arrived damaged, what should I do?
