First, make sure your CD is a clean and scratch-free CD with no extra data on it. It won’t play correctly if it has pictures or videos on it. Then, put your CD in label side up so the eye can read it properly. If it still doesn’t work, you can try a cleaner CD meant to clean the eye that reads the disc.
